If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return the product within 3 business days. Article must not be used and should be return in same condition when it was shipped. The amount paid for the goods will be returned via PayPal as soon as we receive the article back. Please note shipping is not refundable (both ways)

Every vicuna piece comes inside a hand made wooden box, a care instruction manual and the vicuna fiber authenticity certificate(ID number shown in the certificate is the same ID number shown in your vicuna garment) that proves the wool was taken by legal methods.
