By purchasing any of our luxury vicuna items you
agree to the following:
The real-time credit card payment is processed by
Pay Pal so we won’t take or manage your financial
information. Your order will be confirmed by email.
Goods will only be send once payment is received.
The customer is kindly requested to send us the
complete address where the purchased item has to be
send(whe offer free shipping to our online
customers). Prices may change without previous
notice. We are not responsible for any customs and
handling charges wich could be levied by authorities
in the destination country. Please note that
purchased items are not refundable unless the
product you paid for is out of stock.
Every vicuna piece comes inside a hand made wooden
box, a care instruction manual and the vicuna fiber
authenticity certificate(ID number shown in the
certificate is the same ID number shown in your
vicuna garment) that proves the wool was taken by
legal methods.
